The aquarium has been selected as one of the 15 partner's for the Detroit Public Schools Community District (DPSCD) phase 1 of it's cultural passport program. The program will be providing children the experiences to increase each individual students’ self-expression, visual thinking, observational, problem solving and analytical skills.
